Check-Out Checklist:
1. Turn off all lights, fans, and TVs
2. Set the thermostat to 76°F
3. Load and start the dishwasher if it's full
4. Place used towels in the bathtub
5. Take all trash to the outdoor bins
6. Lock all doors and windows
7. Leave the key code lock on the front door — it will auto-lock

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking everything from a quick breakfast to an elaborate dinner party.

Stainless steel refrigerator, oven/range with hood, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker (pods provided), toaster, blender, pots & pans, cutting boards, knives, and a full set of dishware and glassware.
Coffee Bar
Stocked with Keurig K-Cup pods, sugar, creamer, and mugs. Feel free to use the bar accessories on the floating shelves for evening cocktails!
The dining table seats 6, and there are 3 barstools at the kitchen island for casual seating.

Pool/Billiards Table — Full-size pool table with cues and accessories in the living area.
Smart TV — Stream your favorites on the living room TV. Use your own accounts for Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.
Board Games — Check the cabinet near the TV for a selection of board games and cards.
Outdoor
Ping Pong — Tournament-quality GoSports table on the screened porch.
Fire Pit — Gather lakeside around the fire pit. Firewood may be available or can be purchased nearby.
Kayaks — Kayaks and paddleboards may be available. Check with your host for current availability.

The backyard is your private paradise. The fenced-in property leads directly to Lake Holden with unobstructed water views.
Screened Porch
Features a ping pong table and outdoor dining — perfect for bug-free evenings. String lights switch is near the porch door.
Fire Pit & Patio
Paver patio with Acapulco chairs arranged around a fire pit grill with stunning lake views. Perfect for sunset gatherings.
Lake Safety Notice
Absolutely no swimming in the lake — there is no lifeguard on duty. Be aware of wildlife including alligators. Children must be supervised at all times near the water. All lake access is at your own risk.

Please help us keep the property clean by following the city pickup schedule.

Bin Locations & Guidelines
Bins are on the side of the house near the garage. Roll to curb the evening before pickup. Break down cardboard and rinse food containers before recycling.
During your stay: Kitchen trash bags are under the sink. Extra bags are in the hallway closet. If bins fill up, bag trash securely and place next to the bins.
